Terms of Use
These terms apply to the Manmel website and the early-access waitlist. By using this website or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. When the Manmel app launches, it will have its own full terms, which you will be asked to accept before you create an account.
1. Who can join
You may join the waitlist only if you are at least 18 years old and are looking for a serious relationship leading to marriage. You must give your own, true details. Please do not sign up on someone else's behalf without their permission.
2. The waitlist and founding members
- Joining the waitlist is free and does not create a Manmel account.
- We will try to message you when Manmel opens in your area, but we cannot promise a launch date or that every city will open at the same time.
- Founding-member benefits are the ones shown on our website at the time you join. We will tell you how to claim them at launch. They are personal and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
- We may remove anyone from the waitlist who gives false details or misuses the website.
3. Using this website
Please do not:
- submit false, offensive or someone else's information;
- try to hack, overload or disrupt the website or the waitlist;
- copy or scrape content, or use automated tools to sign up;
- use the website for anything unlawful.
4. Our content
The Manmel name, heart logo, designs, text and images on this website belong to Manmel. You may share links to our website, but please do not copy or reuse our content or branding without written permission. The people shown in the app previews are illustrations and not real members.
5. Your privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the details you give us. Please read it.
6. No guarantees
This website is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will always be error-free or online. Manmel does not guarantee that you will find a match or a life partner.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Manmel is not liable for indirect or unexpected losses arising from your use of this website or the waitlist. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as Manmel grows. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the website after a change, the new terms apply.
9. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Gujarat, India will have jurisdiction over any dispute. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to resolve it together.
